Hello every one,
Yah i agree everyone start dream about their career from childhood itself when they feel earning money is very easy.....but when the time come,the time when college is going to end,when placements start,when the interviewer ask "what is your aim?",when parents dream of we getting job in few months,when relatives starts pinching about the companies that are coming for placements to our college.......
What is that such an easy to start with a bright career,may be yes for some people but a big NO for some people.And i fall into second category....
Good in studies good in communication good subject knowledge but whats the main lacking in me to grab a goo job...Am i going wrong some where???what about my dream my parents dream....did i start my career with over confidence???many questions in mind since a year bu still i didn't found answer...
So now let me start from the start...
done with college yeah finally MBA Graduates so proud of myself small taught inside my mind saying that many companies waiting for me...came Hyderabad for internship..done with intern ship...created accounts in all job portals...no calls no response if i got a call it be some bpo jobs...got frustrated didnt have patience to wait...finally got a call from one person saying if interested in Core HR.My answer would be obviously Yes.and my heart filled with happiness went for interview got selected..now the story begins i have been asked to pay 15000rs...yah but why..to get into a big so called MNC in a month?sounds great right..we have been spending lakhs for degrees for a job right...and now that job just at a cost of 15000.paid it finally.joined in that job.. a company with three employees includding me our MD rarely seen later came to know that its a consulting company but ok fine felt that i am working as a HR recruiter and it was completely like take money give job...i was in to it..never taught atleast what am i doing .crossed one month time for salary..not given salary ..waiting for it..its very happy to take your first salary right..and now here comes the twist..night at 7 30 just then there was a power cut and doors banged,am alone at home dont know what to do opened the door with fear in that darkness can see two guys calling me madam yah then i remembered those guys handed me money for job which i gave it to my md last night..but they said they want their money back..what to do complete darkness inside filled with fear eyes filled with tears and then i had only one choice to call my husband he came i taught he may hit me but didnt say a word that night was a nightmare we didnt had any choice apart from giving money i asked my friend dad and he helped us got out the situation.now next have to return money to my friends father sold my gold.
is that over no...now search for next job...searching searching finally got a mail saying "good oppourtunity to work in worlds largest search engine"went to give a trail then came to know its none other than google wow thats great na...done with complete process interview at google everything went fine but money comes to picture again have to pay 5000 as security deposit.ok fine its for google now again job for 5k in google unbelievable.joined it was amazing the office the luxury the food but what about work ,my career, my growth, my life.no the work was just like machine work related to hands not brain its in G-Maps again in dilema...day started with targets ended with targets am i doing Marketing???why have i done My MBA in HR in a named university.And finally here comes new trails again now again got an other calling saying required an HR executive is it real finally got into my profile my heart was flying like a butterfly.i said YES.
So went for interview it was a startup yah a small company but its ok got my profile.profile. Again comes here my friend cum enemy MONEY i have to pay my first salary to the consultancy who referred my job.Again said OK.But with discomfort.I resigned in GMaps joined in smartmonk its the company name.ok initial days were good because i am doing my core work but everything changed.they started giving me hell of work which was not related.they started using me like a receptionist,telecaller,admin and finally Hr.i was doing everything with a smile on my face day by day my smile changed to a fake smile...daily i was asked to call candidates and asking them to join in classes again again i am into marketing...WTF but job matters a lot to me.slowly my smile vanished and my happiness vanished but still i need job..
To be frank i am here treated as servant its me who was treated as princess just 2 years back and now i am a slave here room was not clean yes it was me who got scoldings,landline was not charged its me who got scoldings.People who came to my office asked me if i was a receptionist.The worst part was my office boy who felt i was a receptionist.he was shocked when i said i was HR.Every employee sitting inside office but me sitting in front desk.everyone sitting under Ac but me sitting in place where barely i can get Fan air.is it i am,ok this is what i deserve.all negative questions.unfortunately my husband suddenly came to office saw me in front desk felt very bad and asked is this what you are doing here.Said yes BUt inside felt like no this is not what i want to do.
Now got salary gave to consultancy...now i am still working here but not as HR but as a servent.what to do yah taught of asking am a HR or not.Went to one of my md asked him am i a telecaller or HR he said just spare 2months for this.And suddenly fortunately or unfortunately front office system stopped working.yah got a chance to sit inside where even i can have some cool air.
Now comes all the demons around me...do you know the reason its because i asked them why am being given all this fu###kng work and i sat inside the demons could not see me sitting inside happily taking with employess which i have not done before i was alone feeling lonely but now no.i am happy i could find people to speak but this happiness didnt last for long time...gossip in my office that they are gonna fire me...when i heard it i was SHOCKED.why should i get fired.is it because i asked for my career,i wanted to sit where i can find some people and some air.ok yah this was my mistake.waiting for them to talk to me.
Day came when my MD called me saying "we will see 10 days if we are not happy with your performance you can leave from our office"oh great wow ..they need performance ok what have i done all these days..have done all the work.helped others in their work and the result they wanna fire me.it had been 3months here i got just 2500 as i gave frst salary 10k to consultancy and next we were not paid.i feel what for this 2500 i have been tourturing myself.
Now what shall i do..shall i do whatever they say like a slave and kill myself or should i get away and save my self respect?????
